Near Graduating Officially

it's 16th of June and we have a few more days till graduation. it's time to get some rest before moving on to the next step, but not to forget to deal with all the preparations for uni life.

Graduation - hmm... Lok Yuk never really had an official grauduation. so, my last graduation would be during primary school.. haha xD i'm guessing that most of you is the same as me.. =p oh well, let's make it unforgettable and...... sing our IS family song? lol!! (i don't even know the lyrics except "IS Family......." heh..)

anyways, remember to keep each others' contacts and keep in touch! dont miss out on all the updates ;)

For those who didnt pay attention to the side notice: =p

Graduation rehearsal - 19th June , (start at 2.30pm, gather in LT) [Graduates who cant make the rehearsal are not allowed to join the graduation... that's wat it says in the notice... heheh]

Graduation - 20th June.... (keep in track of gathering time during rehearsals)

IS Nite - 21st June (starts at 6.30pm i think... er....no ticket..?? i don think this year has one... so... just show up! hehe... )

AS and A2

hey all... it's gonna be very soon till AS and A2 starts so better get studying and turn on you're night lamp coz it's gonna be a tough weekend... However, DON neglect you're own health... eat healthy and get more rest so you'll be fully energetic to face the upcoming "deng deng deng deng" exam ^^"

ALERT: SWINE FLU

The H1N1 swine flu virus has already been identified as a new virus, with genes from human and avian flus as well as the swine variety. And since it is apparently causing large-scale outbreaks in Mexico, along with separate confirmed cases in the U.S. and Canada and suspected cases in other countries, it would seem that we've already met the criteria for phase 4.

there are simple things that people can do to protect themselves, like practicing better hygiene (wash hands frequently and cover mouth and nose when sneezing) and staying away from public places or traveling if they feel sick.

Don't take this things light... Be ready and take care all the time =)

i'm sure most of you have heard about it since it's on commercial everyday... but just in case you don't know...



I really had goosebumps watching this commercial ad. It's amazing how just with the actions of one person, going on one by one can make such a big difference. I think it's an amazing project to be promoted. Imagine how much energy you can save by turning of the electricity for just 1hour per house.

hmmm... why izit that time flies everytime you wan it to slow down but "walks" like turtle when you want it to be fast? @@

since progress test is over, it's time to shape up all the info that you don't understand and get ready for wat's ahead =) don't slack down coz you have three more months and you only have to work three more months then you'll be free from A-Levels... it's better than regretting for not putting your best effort to score [I actually learn this from some1... most of you know who that some1 is =p heheh... though i'm not sure whether that some1 allows me to say it's from him/her or not... haha... oh well, ask me if you wanna know who it is that gave me this motivational talk =p ]



and people, don take stats and maths for granted ar... A2 stats and maths are kinda tricky and hard if you don do any practices. so study hard! =)

All the best people! =) Also, remember to check when is your Uni application date closing for the in-take you are aiming for...Don't miss it...

Despite all these reminders, remember to have fun once in a while! =) it's not wrong to take a break, but do it with study time plan ahead ar... =p

Hi everyone!!
feel like typing something here, cause don't have my own blog x)
how's d 1st day back to school in '09
for me ah, time flies very fast hor, one year ady in IS
happy to be part of S1D '08! we had our 1st movie day watching The Spiderwick Chronicles, recycling campaign ... and etc etc (too much)


S1D split into S2B and C... but remember we still have S1D '08!!! =D
and be glad that there's no S2D, so ... we can call ourselves S2D!!! unofficially xP
Year '09 will be a very busy year right.. tougher A2 exam (sigh like bak to secondary nid to write essays again), SC with lots of activities.. (obstacle thing this sat ?!, orientation night, leadership camp and etc etc.) but our S2D SCs sure can handle bah since they're so pro ^^" and of cuz EB also gonna busy till d end of Swearing In Day.
Yabah why this collage sooooo manies activitiiess, i miss d movie day, joggin(maybe?), yumcha with u ppl leh!!
